PA-ACNM Proudly Presents the 6th Annual Midwifery Forward
The Pennsylvania Affiliate of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (PA-ACNM) is hosting our fifth annual Midwifery Forward Conference! This conference, which attendees will be able participate both in-person and virtually March 9th and 10th, allows individuals to both attend learning sessions on their own schedule as well as attend the event live. Midwifery Forward provides education, engagement, and collaboration for healthcare leaders and stakeholders highlighting the midwifery model of care in PA.
PA-ACNM serves its members by facilitating the professional practice of midwifery within diverse settings and populations throughout the Commonwealth. The Affiliate is a stakeholder and leader in processes that impact the health and well-being of individuals in the state. The goal of PA-ACNM is for its members to continue to be visible and valued leaders in healthcare systems, providing high quality midwifery care that is readily accessible to everyone in Pennsylvania.
Midwifery Forward brings together midwives and midwifery advocates from PA and across the country for fellowship, learning, and engagement. Our past four conferences have been huge successes, allowing for over 100 annual participants to view educational programs, learn new tools and techniques from sponsors, and engage in meaningful discussion about the future of midwifery and healthcare both in PA and on a national level.

- $5000 donation directly to PA-ACNM’s Health Equity and Anti-Racism Committee’s Scholarship fund which directly benefits midwife students of color in the Commonwealth
